Exfoliate
Skin looking dull, dry, you may need to exfoliate. Exfoliating differs depending on your skin type. Wash face twice a day at least. Exfoliating nightly to remove any dirt or oils that may have settled into your pores throughout the day. Once a week use a pore clearing clay mask to deep clean pores and remove excess and buildup in pores. Exfoliate with honey, olive oil and oatmeal.
Brown Sugar Scrub: by far one of the best homemade exfoliating scrubs. Simply combine a bit of light brown sugar and water. Then gently massage the scrub onto your freshly cleansed face. It can also be used on the body. Work the scrub in a curricular motion with our fingertips for 1 to 2 minutes, then rinse off with warm water and pat dry. Your skin will feel incredibly soft, your pores will be unclogged of impurities, and rejuvenated skin will surface.
Exfoliate at least once a week! Stay away from junk food, they only add and contribute to pimples and acne.
Drink lots of water to keep your system and skin well hydrated.
Sleep at least 8 hours and avoid getting stress!
