  • add 3-4 drops of lavender oil to your bath. It not only smells good but help reduce stress. 
  • Face mask for glowing skin... 2 T unprocessed natural oats, 2 T of water, 1/2 T of raw natural honey. Then mix and apply to face for 5 minutes. Rinse and Moisturize
  • Avoid toxin. Yes, avoid drinking any caffeine and alcohol. Drink more lemon water, water, green tea, and coconut water
